How long are tutoring sessions?
Our minimum session length for in-home tutoring is 60 minutes, which works well for students in Grades 3 to 6. Older students often benefit from 90- to 120-minute sessions to explore subjects in more depth. For virtual tutoring, the minimum session length is 30 minutes to maintain flexibility and focus.
What if my child doesn’t connect with their tutor?
No problem at all! If the tutor we assign isn’t the right fit, just let us know. We’ll recommend someone better suited. Our priority is finding the right match so your child feels confident and supported.
Do I need to sign a contract? How does billing work?
No contracts or pre-paid packages. You’re only billed for the sessions your child attends. At the end of each month, we’ll send a detailed invoice and process payment by credit card. It’s flexible, transparent, and designed to fit your needs. No pressure, ever.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If your child becomes ill on the day of the session, we’ll work with you to find a mutually convenient time to make it up before the end of the month.
